Fouad El Chikhani
Fouad is the founder and Managing Director of FC International with over 20years of experience in the construction industry in New Zealand and the USA.
In addition to his qualifications as an architect, Fouad is highly regarded and recognized as a specialist in forensic delay analysis with extensive experience in producing over 250 expert reports for adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings.
Fouad has invaluable knowledge and expertise across four facets of the construction industry - claims & disputes, client representation, construction management and design & build.

Clinton Rogers
Clinton is a senior Business Development Manager with more than 30 years of experience, gained from working across a diverse range of industries and sectors such as Construction, Print, Textile, Technology, and Market Research. His career has spanned roles in New Zealand, Sydney, and London, securing, and negotiating business in both products and service offerings.
He attributes his success to his strength in understanding clients needs and identifying gaps and solutions that add values to our clients. Clinton's ability to easily connect with people has empowered him to build solid strategic partnerships at all levels, having worked for large corporates and smaller independent companies at Area or National Manager level.

Neville Cleveland
Neville has over 50 years’ experience as a commercial manager and financial controller within the construction industry. His experience is vast, having worked on numerous major civil and commercial projects, both nationally and around the globe. He has provided advice and support for the concept stages for developments and tender documentation. Neville began his career as a quantity surveyor and progressed through the industry into commercial management roles, leading quantity surveying teams on multi-million dollar projects. Neville’s broad work history in construction means he is able to provide sound advice for procurement, financial reporting and management of supply chains. Hani Al Olabi
Hani is a Civil Engineer with Bachelor and Master of Engineering Studies and is currently undertaking his PhD in Construction Law at Massey University. His PhD is focused on forensic delay analysis and concurrent delays.
Over the last fifteen years of his professional career in the Construction Industry, Hani has been providing our clients with true independent advice and forensic analysis on major claims and disputes. Hi vast exposure as a Planning Engineer, Forensic Analyst on delay and disruption claims and his hands on experience in project management provides our clients with invaluable practical knowledge and support.

Ayush is a Civil Engineer with Masters degree in Construction Management and is currently undertaking PhD in Construction Law at Massey University.
He is an energetic professional with diverse skillset and experience across the constructin industry from management, design, planning to forensic analysis on multi million dollar projects, with high attention to details and accuracy which are invaluable to our clients.
Ayush stands out as a team player and tries to bridge the divide between technology and plain speak for non-engineering professionals. He is currently involved in the preparation and review of EOT claims and construction programmes.

Don Karunaratne
Don is an exceptional planning engineer with more than 18 years’ experience in construction planning and delay analysis for major building and infrastructure projects in Auckland, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Sri Lanka. His experience includes critical path analysis using detailed programmes and 4D planning and reporting, as well as contract administration, including extension of time claims, pre-construction planning and design review. He has recently worked for Fletcher Infrastructure as a Senior Scheduling Engineer in charge of the Waterview Tunnel project for NZTA. He is a professional, dedicated worker who picks things up very quickly. He is analytical, methodical and detail orientated, with great commitment to the task in hand.

Ahmed Ejaz
Ahmed is a claim analyst with excellent communication, organisation and co-ordination skills. With over 15 years’ professional experience, Ahmed has successfully managed different aspects of projects including contract administration, claim reviews and detailed project schedules. He has handled reporting, highlighting concerns regularly and proposing mitigation strategies. Ahmed has also evaluated the detailed construction schedule submissions by various contractors in terms of suitability, schedule health and buildability.
