New Year brings about new builds

Last September work re-started on the ‘Soho’ project in Ponsonby, Auckland. The scheme had come to a halt some years back, leaving a gaping chasm in the landscape. Construction is now well underway and FC International is delighted to be part of this huge development.
While Progressive Enterprises is building a Countdown store, construction will start next week on office and apartment buildings which will rise on the site between Williamson Ave, Crummer Rd and Pollen St.
The $200 million scheme has been named Vinegar Lane. FC International is providing Project Management for the Nexus Apartments - one of the biggest lots on the new development. The build comprises of 16 residential luxuriously appointed boutique apartments, along with commercial offices on the ground floor.
Designed by Andre Hodgskin of ARCHITEX, the apartments feature one, two and three bedroom opportunities with beautiful views and car parking. High end specifications and the central location mean that this development is going to be popular for both residential and commercial customers alike.
