Cashin Quay 2
Type: Advisory Role on time related matters
Project Value: $60 million
The Cashin Quay 2 Project focuses upon upgrading the wharf, based in Lyttleton Port, in order for the wharf to host large freight ships, and to expand its capacity. Once complete, it will be the most seismically resilient wharf in New Zealand. Work includes demolition work, installation of 294 steel piles, and dredging along the front of the berth. FC International’s role involves independent advice on total programme management, and to provide an in-depth programme and risk analysis, utilising Monte Carlo simulation.
