In this project, FC International was appointed by the Department of Corrections for full project management services. This carried the entire project from design, into procurement, then to construction, and finally right to the end of the Defect Liability Period. This included assembling the design and consultant team, managing the design, briefing, and procurement of contractors, balancing the cost, managing tenders, and their evaluation, providing advice on the best methods of procurement, and risk and time management.
