Neville Cleveland
Neville has over 50 years’ experience as a commercial manager and financial controller within the construction industry. His experience is vast, having worked on numerous major civil and commercial projects, both nationally and around the globe. He has provided advice and support for the concept stages for developments and tender documentation. Neville began his career as a quantity surveyor and progressed through the industry into commercial management roles, leading quantity surveying teams on multi-million dollar projects. Neville’s broad work history in construction means he is able to provide sound advice for procurement, financial reporting and management of supply chains. He is proficient in negotiating amicable conclusions of contract deliverables and final accounts. His commercialand contract acumen provide significant strength to the team, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
